Government Buildings

This strategy involves acquiring or developing high-quality assets leased to governmental agencies. This strategy is designed to provide stable income and low volatility through investments in a portfolio of government leased buildings that range from those that are newly constructed to older assets that can benefit from upgrading and modernization.

Core Plus

This investment strategy seeks to provide stabilized cash flows from high-quality core, income-producing properties located in major markets across the United States, including multi-family, industrial/logistics, retail and office assets. In addition to generating current income and preserving capital, this strategy can be broadened to include value creation through build-to-suit and build-to-core projects.

Value Add

This strategy utilizes modest leverage and focuses on value-enhancement techniques such as leasing up vacant space and enhancing building functionality to improve its appeal to prospective tenants.

Value to Opportunistic

This strategy is focused on real estate-related debt and equity recapitalization investment opportunities available in the current market environment.
