Kevan Knoche serves as a Senior Director for Attexo Capital, where he directly supports the investment, portfolio management and legal functions of the business by negotiating term sheets and partnership documents with joint venture partners, designing investment structures, underwriting potential investments, and completing market research. Prior to Attexo Capital’s formation, Kevan spent several years working alongside Jim Hime to develop the infrastructure investment thesis that underpinned the company’s formation.
Prior to his current role, Kevan served USAA Real Estate’s Portfolio Management team as a steward of the $2.8 billion open-end U.S. Government Building Fund, which invests in institutional-grade, government-leased office buildings at the intersection of the public real estate and social infrastructure investment sectors.
Prior to supporting the U.S. Government Building Fund, Kevan served USAA Real Estate’s Global Investors Group in the communication of fund investment strategies to potential investors and stewardship of investor relations.
Prior to joining USAA Real Estate, Kevan worked as a Financial Analyst performing cost-benefit analyses on major strategic initiatives for USAA; as a Real Estate Acquisitions Associate for a private real estate owner/developer in San Diego, California; and as a Sales and Trading Credit Analyst for Lehman Brothers in New York City.
Kevan received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics Magna Cum Laude from Wake Forest University and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Finance and Economics.
