Sparc is a mixed-use, multifamily development in Bellevue, Washington. This Class A development includes 309 units, 14,000 SF of retail and 301 spaces of associated structured parking. Sparc was the initial multifamily development in the Spring District master-planned community.

USAA Real Estate partnered with Security Properties, a Seattle-based real estate company specializing in acquiring, developing, and managing multifamily assets. The USAA Real Estate and Security Properties have partnered on development projects since 2009.
